Soufoura created the ultimate fantastical cityscape, using layer upon layer of architecture, human features and jewellery. Her bracelet, situated in the foreground of the scene, looks like a minimalist, public sculpture by American artist Richard Serra. The watch could almost be a Claus Oldenburg work. Eyes within a pair of open hands at the top appear as a benign but watchful presence, as if from another culture or religion in an otherwise 'Western' built environment.
